Frank Lloyd Wright - architect, interior designer, writer and educator

70 years creating designs that revolutionized the art and architecture of the twentieth century.  Many innovations in today's buildings are products of his imagination.  In all he designed 1141 works - including houses, offices, churches, schools, libraries, bridges, museums and many other building types.  Of that total, 532 resulted in completed works, 409 of which still stand.

I watched this film the other day at SO HIP IT HURTS (Queen & John).... This will be hard to top


Two years in the making, "The Art of Flight" gives iconic snowboarder Travis Rice and friends the opportunity to redefine what is possible in the mountains. Experience the highs, as new tricks are landed and new zones opened, alongside the lows, where avalanches, accidents and wrong-turns strike. For the first time, viewers are immersed in the sometimes successful, often trying quest to open up new, unexplored mountains in remote corners of the world.


There will be a screening October 13 - Queen Elizabeth Theatre @ Exhibition Place.
